Automatic builds/upload to s3 with travis #15

Right now I am manually uploading new tags of dist/makerstrap.css and dist/makerstrap.complete.css to s3, which is not ideal.

It would be great if we could do this automatically through travis, preferably with the ability to use legacy versions (1.0.0/makerstrap.css or something)
