Option to show only some subset of commands/information #197

The first thing we have to do is to transition to Australis. The work here hasn't been done yet. Please see issue #183. Then we may have more options with our own toolbar.

But the underlying templating for visible elements is already covered by issue #25. So marking as dupe.
