Seems like it's unlikely we will enable GA on any schedule apps live on *.github.io (see reasons). I'll just remove https://github.com/mozilla/mofo-allhands/blob/gh-pages/index.html#L11-L19 from index.html. What do you think @xmatthewx ?

I really wish we had a way to simply count views, unique users, and Favs events. I bet we could do views and favs without cookies, but not users. Oh well. 😞
