[ ] Explore existing database to see what data we have
[ ] If possible report on existing data about # of badges issued, claimed, etc
[ ] Consider other data we might be missing that would help here

I think this will make most sense after the data is migrated: #24 So we can build in queries and hooks that can be re-used. The data is already captured, so we're not losing tracking at this stage. I'll push this back to a later heartbeat.
