[ ] Look for existing WordPress plugin, preferably one already used by Mozilla blogs
[ ] Add GA _trackEvent for subscribe link/button
[ ] Generate URL tracking parameters for the email notifications

Where i have to do this subscribe by email feature? which wordpress ? which theme?

Looks like there are a bunch of options at https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=subscribe ... @craigcook - do you know if any of those are pre-approved by Mozilla IT / WebSecurity?
