Bug 1347026 - Add URI counts and unique domain counts to Churn table #49

Bug 1347026

This adds total_uri_count and unique_domains_count to churn. This data has been been feeding amiyaguchi/churn_dev for the last couple of weeks. This query by :pdol demonstrates that these extra fields are working.

Sorry for the incredible amount of noise, figuring out how to manage branches based on different revisions of code in the knowledge_repo tool is non-trivial.

A roughly equivalent patch to the above was made to the python_etl version, but with test cases.
