Curation process ends on September 10.
🔹 By September 10th, prepare script that does the following for UNSUCCESSFUL SESSIONS .
🔹 Sheet needs to be ready by September 12th.
GitHub tickets without milestone gets auto closed by script. Script will leave a comment before closing the ticket.
Prepare a spreadsheet of unsuccessful proposals so production team can send email merge to inform facilitators about their proposal status.
Tech requirements
Specs for the script(s)
look for GitHub open tickets that have no milestone
cross check with corresponding proposal in the master spreadsheet
combine info on GitHub and master spreadsheet
write the combined meta to a new spreadsheet (spreadsheet with only unsuccessful sessions)
leaves a generic comment on those GitHub tickets (comment copy to be provided by MozFest production team. GitHub ticket #1076 )
closes those GitHub tickets
