Change Website From 'Live' to 'Post-Event'

Please can you change the website so it goes into a post-event.

[x] Remove the schedule banner from the top of the page.
[x] Remove ticketing page from the nav bar.
[x] Change Watch D&D CTA to "Watch the 2018 Dialogues and Debates" and change the link to (TBC)
[x] Add individual links to YouTube talks for all 2018 speakers (tracked in #1161)

We'll have some additional changes, eg links to each specific speaker talk to come after this, but for now this should be enough.
