Disable WinXP for testing Firefox 53 #829

With Firefox 52 the support of Windows XP will end. As such we will have to disable the tests on this platform, which should then ride the trains. The version bump to 53 will be next week.

Tests on Windows XP have been disabled on staging and production.

PR #836 disabled XP for Aurora now.

PR #841 landed for mozilla-beta. Now only mozilla-release is remaining in 6 weeks.

PR #850 got merged and will be deployed soon with the other changes still under review.
