Facebook Container Compatability #1182

Check if "Facebook Container” extension 1.4.0+ is installed. If installed, message Facebook Container asking for a list of domains that are “jailed”. Once received, remove any assignments for the domains on that list.

Also, grey out the checkbox to assign any of those "jailed" domains.

@jonathanKingston what about this part - "Also, grey out the checkbox to assign any of those "jailed" domains." We can do this in a separate issue, doesn't have to be in 7.0.0
