Firefox Multi-Account Containers lets you keep parts of your online life separated into color-coded tabs that preserve your privacy. Cookies are separated by container, allowing you to use the web with multiple identities or accounts simultaneously.
Log in your FF account through the Multi-Account Containers extension;
Select the option "limited to designated sites" in some container;
Sync your preferences in about:preferences#sync (if sync doesn't do this automatically).
Actual results:
The "limited to designated sites" will not be synced after logging in.
