Did you scale to 200% your screen? If yes, can you temporarily try to set it to 100% in Gnome Settings and see if the button appears this way?

Wasn't your display resolution too big at 200% (or too small now that you reduced it to 100%)?
Actually, I was able to set my screen to 200% again, and the button seems to be fine now. I have no idea why it disappeared the first time, but adjusting the UI scale resolves this issue for me, even if it returns to the original scale.
It seems like a weird, transient issue, which I can no longer reproduce, but it's certainly easy to fix if it ever happens again.

Glad it fixed itself. I suspect it's something wrong happening in the display server (Wayland) with HiDPi settings.
If it rehappens and you can find a way to reproduce, don't hesitate to open a new bug report here or directly on bugzilla.mozilla.org in Product:Core / Component: Widget Gtk.
