M-AC 8.0.8 – Mozilla VPN settings are not displayed in the add-ons options page from about:addons #2465

Before submitting a bug report

Step to reproduce

  1. Install the 8.0.8 version of Multi-Account Containers
  2. Click the extension toolbar icon and complete the onboarding journey until the dashboard is reached
  3. Click on the “ⓘ” button in the upper right corner of the dashboard to open the add-ons options page from about:addons
  4. Notice the “Mozilla VPN & Proxy Permissions” section is missing content (section header and settings description) except the warning icon and the checkboxes

Actual behavior

The “Mozilla VPN & Proxy Permissions” section is missing content in the options page from about:addons

Expected behavior

The “Mozilla VPN & Proxy Permissions” section should be properly displayed in the options page from about:addons

Verified as Fixed with the latest version of the M-AC extension 8.0.9.

The “Mozilla VPN & Proxy Permissions” section is properly displayed in the options page from about:addons.
