Before submitting a bug report

Step to reproduce

  1. To help, I saved you a screenshot.
  2. But, when you want to go to an additional container tab -- by "Open in New Container Tab", you can't see one of the container tabs that you made. It seems like it is limited to so many.
  3. I think it should have infinite, and the OpenNew dropdown box should scroll or show in a multi-column grid.

Anyway, here a screenshot to prove it. See, I created one that is RED because it's my wife's Gmail, and I can't see it.

Actual behavior

Here is the screenshot, I hope it lets me paste it.

I can't paste it.

Expected behavior

I expect it to allow as many Container-Tabs as you want. But, it seems limited to whatever the number is on my screenshot. I know I have another one (that is RED and different SYMBOL), but it's not allowing me to open to it, but I can see it in my Firefox Pinned-Tabs because I always use it once in a while to get into my wife's email when they have those damned Verification Codes on her phone.

Additional informations

Sorry, I can't paste the image. Just create (let me count them ... 25) more than 25 Container-Tabs and then you won't see # 26. So, I don't know how to open her Container-Tab anymore. I thought it used to work, but I don't know what has happened.

Good. It did let me drop it, but I couldn't paste nor attach it. Well, whatever, you get the screenshot cand can see it's not working.

Provide a copy of Troubleshooting Information page (optional)

Just tried it and still not working. Easy to test.

I tried it on my side but couldn't reproduce the issue. For me, if there's the items overflow, I can scroll the list. Can you let me know:

Danny,

Thank you for the reply. Okay, I'll answer questions and give a little more feedback.

But, first off, I love your app. I use it non-stop because Gmail causes problems if you open too many email accounts within same browser, and the Extension solves every freaking problem that I have with Gmail and other things. Anyway ...

Okay, questions: 1) OS = Windows 10, freshly updated daily 2) not sure what you are referring to here. I am using Firefox. Is that a setting?

More feedback. I can prove what I am saying, because I'd like to open up a RED container for my wife's email. And, you can see (in two more screenshots that I'll send) that you can see it in one of the other separate ContainerTabs in same Firefox, but you can't see the RED one from that ContainerTab that I have for her. And, the seems like none of them are allowing any type of scrolling -- they just get super big but don't go over 25 rows. I counted them.

Could it be that it only allows 25 rows -- max? Have you tried above 25 separate ContainerTabs?

Anyway, Danny, let me know however else that I can help.

Thank you.

  • What's your operating system?
  • Do you use a userChrome.css?
