Container management UI doesn't shrink its height after hiding Mozilla VPN section

Before submitting a bug report

• [X] I updated to the latest version of Multi-Account Container and tested if I can reproduce the issue

Step to reproduce

1. Click on Multi-Account Containers button
2. Click on Manage Containers at the bottom of the pop up
3. Click any container to manage
4. Click Hide in the Mozilla VPN section

Actual behavior

• Observe empty space at the bottom of the Manage Container UI (see #⁠2 in the image).
• If I start with Mozilla VPN section hidden, the extra space is not present; however, it appears and remains after toggling Show/Hide link.
• This is a visual glitch only

Expected behavior

Empty space at the bottom of the container should not be present after clicking Hide in the Mozilla VPN section of the UI
