reopen in..... no longer works after recent firefox update

Step to reproduce

i open photos.google.com in default container..... i click on reopen container in.... and choose my personal container. it opens a blank tab

Actual behavior

it opens a blank tab

Expected behavior

it should open the site i had in the new container and then close the old tab
