Whitelist app for localstorage usage? #27

@Mardak Not sure if this is possible, but Nighlty pops down a bar asking to approve usage of localstorage:

Will the add-on be capable of automatically whitelisting the newnewtab URL to use localstorage? The less friction the better.

Should be able to grant the permission similar to how webapprt grants offline storage on first run: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=749029
