Make sure launching apps opens the native runtime instead of pinned tab #51

But we should be able to implement it in the add-on before it lands on Nightly.

Just an update. There's activity to implement native launching in core Firefox 16 on all the supported platforms, so we don't need to add support in the add-on. Also, it doesn't make sense to support Firefox 15 as various platform features aren't implemented as desired.
