ps strangely it folded in the changes from the commit ursula's e10s patch...but those are already in master so it shouldn't create conflicts. the main changes for the page thumbs happens in captureBackgroundPageThumb and in createPageThumb.

(we re-based and fixed up the file rename issue, but had to create a different branch called "merge_pagethumbs_message")
