is there interest in convict-format-with-luxon? #381

Since moment entered into legacy mode, I'm not keen to add this dependency to my codebase and thought about reimplementing convict-format-with-moment to use luxon, instead.

I can develop it as open source, so I wonder if this project would be interested in it
