Collaborative and realtime updates of Notes

The trends are to assign an URL to notes so that we can share them and eventually collaborate on them.

One way of doing that would be to work with the etherpad protocol

Nobody does this well except for HackMD which is not a great option for most people who don't know markdown. I'm waiting for FidusWriter or Draft.as to bring it to the masses
