First time a user access first run, store a timestamp called installTime #1

In order to be able to fulfill this requirement:

"Display the first notification on the first session or first new tab that is opened at least 24 hours after install."

We need to know when the user installed Firefox. The closest we can come to that, is to record a timestamp the first time the user see /firstrun
