Badge edit page: Get rid of irrelevant badge fields and modify others #294

For CEM, a lot of the badge metadata fields do not apply.

Fields that need to be deleted or tossed are as follows:

Age range - toss
Badge type - modify
- Peer to peer
- Call to action
- Participation
Activity type - toss
STEAM Badge details - toss
This badge contributes points towards special STEAM badges in... (cumulative) - toss
STEAM badge point contribution - toss

As per conversation with @cmcavoy, we are not modifying badge type. Badge types will be represented as "programs". Peer to peer Call to action Starter Kit - a new type Participation
