Incorrect badge baking documentation #1013

The [badge baking article]() on the wiki, which is linked from the latest badge assertion spec page, discusses an old baking process in which the URL to the assertion is baked into the PNG as a tEXt chunk instead of the newer spec where the badge assertion JSON itself is included in an iTXt chunk which is listed on the latest badge baking spec page.

It would be ideal if the wiki page linked to the latest spec page, or was maintained in tandem, to avoid confusing people.

Have also started a pull request on the specification repo to update the link mentioned in this issue https://github.com/mozilla/openbadges-specification/pull/4

At this point I have a LOT to learn about the specification so hope I've added the correct links. Am hoping to get a chance to update all of these docs at some stage but until then hopefully this will reduce confusion.
