Digicert SHA2 Intermediate is missing from backpack.openbadges.org #1081

Hi, the SSL certificate deployed on Heroku to backpack.ob.o is missing the Digicert SHA2 Intermediate. Webops can provide the correct signed certificate file (concatenated cert+chain) for Heroku if you need it; ping us in #webops or at infra-webops@m.c and link to this issue.

Would be nice to see this resolved soon as I have over 30 students who have had their badges disappear from their Mahara e-portfolios. The cert issue is breaking third party display of badges.

@floatingatoll @patriclougheed I've added the concatenated cert+intermediate cert to heroku. All A's on ssllabs
