Restyle badge details modal #607

Once #585 goes through, this can be picked up.

Subpart of #565: restyle the badge details modal that pops up upon clicking a badge.

Without worrying about the share links or disown button, it should look like this:

We've changed the language for "disown" to "remove" and I believe @iamjessklein is going to make the button less prominent. Currently it has equal weight and prominence as the "add to collection" button which we don't want.

Yeah, that's part of #608 not this issue.
