As an issuer, I would like an overview of how assessment works in BadgeKit. #415

Thinking an overview of how assessment works would be helpful. Would link to the API guides on relevant endpoints/ webhooks, explaining which bits BadgeKit API, Web app and issuer site are responsible for, how these fit together etc. Adding this to the openbadges-badgekit repo might help to connect people to the API docs from here.
