Sounds good. This is for the README, correct?
Thanks @threeqube - it's actually for the BadgeKit About and Help pages, I had missed some mentions of signing up for private beta when we looked at this before, especially on the About page..
Would you mind providing the links to those pages please?
@threeqube sure, on the About page https://badgekit.org/about I'm proposing changing:
Currently available in hosted private beta form for organizations looking to get involved at an early stage and play a role in BadgeKit's future, the tools are under continuing development - you can sign-up to request access now. If you don't have the resources required for access at this stage - stay tuned for future developments!

And changing:
At the moment you can work with BadgeKit either by signing up for private beta access or by building an instance of BadgeKit on your own server.

At the moment you can work with BadgeKit through an existing private beta account or by building an instance of BadgeKit on your own server.
I've also changed the "Request Access Now" link on the left hand side of the page to "Access BadgeKit Now" since actually removing the link would affect the page design..
And on the Help page https://badgekit.org/help I'm proposing changing:
We have a hosted version of Mozilla BadgeKit for select partner organizations that meet specific technical requirements. Also, anyone can download the code from GitHub and implement it on their own servers. Software As A Service: At BadgeKit.org, you'll be able to access a hosted version of the tools to build out badges, remix badge templates, create badge levels, issue badges, etc. APIs will make it easy to then pull the badges and end user interfaces into your own website. All of the backend pieces are hosted, supported and updated by Mozilla, and you'll have complete control over the experience of your end users through your own sites. Download: Download the code and install the tools on your own server. BadgeKit comprises a Web app and an API - see the Self-Hosting Guide for step-by-step instructions to getting both elements set-up in your own environment.

Not sure I'm getting the language right..?
@threeqube sure, on the About page https://badgekit.org/about I'm proposing changing:
Ah, sorry! I didn't realize this was a PR for the badgekit site docs. For some reason I thought these were updates to README or other docs within github. Thanks!

Makes sense. Will this just prompt login then?

I think this looks great. We need someone to merge this PR right?
Also didn't realize how "About Badges" is in blue making it really illegible. I'll ask @christensenep if he can change that to white instead.
@threeqube yeah I must have missed these when we updated the site copy last time..
The "Access BadgeKit Now" link is a bit of a weird one as it just links to badgekit.org. It might be better to get rid of it since the page is on badgekit.org anyway, I was just wary of doing that in case it affects the layout..
This is it at the moment:
Wondering if I could just remove the link but leave the image?

I'll see if we can get rid of it.
Added some changes to this PR that remove the "request access" image and change the "About Badges" header color to white.
Thanks @christensenep :smile_cat:
Thank you @christensenep and @SueSmith! :fireworks: :star2:
Just noticed there are still a few references to sign-up for private beta on the about and help pages so have updated the copy. If the language doesn't look right I can alter it whenever.
