Issuing Badges by E-mail Does Not Issue #462

After multiple attempts with different badges and recipients, I have not been able to successfully issue a badge. Recipient receives no notification. Anyone else having this issue?

Hello

If you're using the "issue by email" option it doesn't cause an email to be sent automatically, it sends data to your webhook URL so that you can handle communication with the earner. This guide explains: https://github.com/mozilla/badgekit-api/wiki/Badge-Issued-Webhooks
