need short description for preview pane #89

We need to display the "short description" in the preview thumbnail of the badges. As we only have one description field for badges, we're going to include both short and long descriptions in the description field. They will be split by an asterisk. Example below:

This badge is totally awesome! * This is a totally awesome badge, and here's why: It was built with massive quantities of awesomesauce.

I've updated all descriptions within CEM Open Badger. I've also verified them on the CEM site. Looks good: http://badges.connectededucators.org/#
