Add twitter links to notification emails #98

In the notification emails, CEM staff would like to include the following twitter prompts to get folks tweeting about CEM badges.

For p2p badge notification emails:

Following this copy "Congratulations! You have taken another step toward becoming a Connected Educator!"

Add: "Tweet about this: http://bit.ly/cem_gave_peer_badge"

For other badge notification emails:

Following this copy "Congratulations! You have taken another step toward becoming a Connected Educator!"

Add: "Tweet about this: http://bit.ly/cem_earned_badge"
