7 years ago This turned out to be a slightly larger job than I expected, but here are my recommendations.
Decisions were made by applying a 'rule' of deleting empty categories, and archiving categories with no activity within the last 6 months. On top of that, common sense was applied to come to a final set of recommendations, taking into account historical activity, recent activity, total activity and project status among other factors.
The associated spreadsheet can be seen here, with colours matching the titles below.
