Objective:

Portal to help PH community members, especially those starting out, to know ongoing tasks/ initiatives they can help with.

Key Results:

Working portal that can serve as a one-stop destination to let a volunteer know where specifically can they help
Community members registered to use it
Community members getting connected to opportunities within the local community

[ ] Release version 1 ([large], Due: March 20th)
