Recruiting new contributors, mobilizing FSA to get potential core contributors, getting more participation on CD/WOT track

Objective:

1. Growing Local Regional Community : Mozilla Madhya Pradesh (also known as Mozilla MP - India)
2. Motivating FSA's to join Mozilla Foundation as a core contributor to some other projects like SuMo, Testing, Advocacy etc.
3. Getting/Motivating more people to work on Connected Device or WOT Track. [not only in my community, but every where it is possible ]

   Key Results:

4. More number of contributors, bigger team.
5. Motivating FSA's to get involved with other projects also, other than FSA program and contributing more to Mozilla.
6. More innovative minds on board, more innovative ideas.

Immediate Next Steps:

• [x] meetup with local community to share updates of CD to encourage them and talk about reps innovation fund.
• [x] doing more and more workshops on CD to recruit new mozillians or FSAs and promoting new initiative of Mozilla.
• [ ] encouraging local clubs to conduct FSA recruitment drive.
• [ ] conducting train the trainer session frequently to teach FSAs how to work in different projects and asking them to take same teaching to their respected clubs.
