After talking with the dev team, we have some enhancements planned for next months to add extra information about GitHub Issues and Pull Requests:

Comments authors and comments content
Reactions ;-)

We have new people in the team to work specifically in these tasks, so I think they'll be released as product upgrades before Dec. 2017 (with no extra cost for you).
