Request for new Reps events dashboard panel: events per country #186

It would be great to have a new Reps Events dashboard panel which lists how many events happened in each country, given the selected period. Additionally it would be great to list the number of unique event hosts for these.

Example: (purely random numbers) Country | Number of Events | Organizers India | 20 | 15 // so 5 events were done by one or more of these 15 Reps Brazil | 10 | 10 // no Rep has done more than 1 event Germany | 5 | 1 // only one Reps has organized these 5 events

This would help the Council as well as the Review Team to see how events are distributed. The current panel with the map is good, but does not provide all of this info.

@hmitsch what do you think?

I won't have time to create this panel, but maybe somebody else does?
