To future proof pay-methods add resource type e.g. account or card #129

After talking to Bram about what the future might look like as far as the display of pay methods. The initial thought is we'd combine cards and accounts e.g. paypal in one select or set of radio buttons.

In order to make that happen we'll need a way to be able to tell the difference between a card and a payment account in order to tweak how they are displayed.

If type_name is going to reflect this, then we don't need another field.
