if you've done a transaction, you should be able to hit: http://pay.dev:8000/api/braintree/webhook/email/debug and see a glorious email
python manage.py premail generates the static premailed email
you can send real emails to yourself using braintree_webhook
think its time to pass over to @muffinresearch to do some decent css along with

Current issues

damn card icon background cannot be set
not really pixel for pixel (snigger, not even close)
my css is a bit of a mess
