Review metrics documentation #90

Lindsay prepared some metrics documentation. Review and ensure that all the metrics in that documentation can be obtained from a source.

If not file bugs for those.

All the metrics in the documentation are possible by looking at solitude stats, braintree stats and google analytics metrics. I don't think there's much to do on reviewing at this time - as long as we make sure to add in google analytics stats.
