Glyphs too wide wrt poppler #3109

PDF.js on Firefox 20.0.1 renders the following document with wide glyphs, while Okular 4.10.2 (Poppler 0.22.2) displays stretched and narrow chars (see attached screenshots).

Reproducible with Ubuntu 12.10, Nightly and pdf.js development version

According to the console, this is an MM Type issue: [16:56:53.231] "Warning: Unsupported font type: MMType1"

This has improved a lot, but it it not perfect yet. The font appears to be slightly different when compared to Adobe Acrobat and some bold text is not bold in PDF.js on the second page.

Bold issues are still here and I reupload the file: Database-Ref-700.pdf.
