Benefit? Priority? What point of adoption does this block an RP?

Vote for this blocking RP.3.Champion. We've heard of pushback from organizations because they couldn't do this. Including out own Firefox Marketplace.

Granted, we'll be fixing that for Marketplace with a Firefox IdP, but there are others who've requested it.
