As a user, I want my email associations remembered across devices so that signing in is even easier than it is today. #31

Right now, I have to build the associations on a per-device basis, and even those get lost every time a session is lost.

@shane-tomlinson Good one. Please add benefit -- it's obvious but spells it out for the reader. Also add priority pls.
