@shane-tomlinson Interesting. What stage of adoption does this block an RP? What defines minimum level of security?

@r0bl0rd - this was a comment that we heard from a security focused RP who wanted to be assured that users had to type a password every time they signed in instead of using an IdP like MockMyID that just lets any old user in.
