User stories are the unicorns of lightweight effective customer-centric software development processes including Agile.
To keep it simple, our stories will consistently follow this format:
As a customer I want feature so I can benefit.
for example
As a Persona user, I want Persona to recommend previously used email address so I can pick from them rather than typing my email address again.
It's that easy.
Once a story is written, select one Priority and one Customer label and your story is ready for Persona team review.
Once reviewed by the Persona team, a story...
Bam.
Try to avoid these.
Pick one.
