need to fix the placeholder text in PIN confirm email: {RP site name} #238

  1. sign into dev.123done.org with a@yahoo.com
  2. sign into again with b@yahoo.com
  3. click 'continue' then check email

actual: in your email you'll see this: Enter or copy and paste this code to verify this email address and log into {RP site name}.
