[b2g] unable to sign in with yahoo.com on b2g device #243

actual: Action: Checking Address Info. Error: provisioning time out

expected: i can sign in with non-yahoo as expected

not able to repro on desktop, b2g only

The patch that enables primaries in b2g is in the 6/5 train, which is not slated to go into production until next monday (June 24), so don't expect this or any other IdPs (including mozilla idp) to work until then.
