11 years ago As reported by my troubleshooting page, the problem with Icecat is that dom.storage is disabled by default.
I have emailed their list to ask why they disable localStorage: https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnuzilla/2013-06/msg00000.html
The Icecat web browser is essentially Firefox 17 with some privacy extensions built-in.
One reason why it doesn't work with Persona is that the LibreJS extension blocks our scripts but even after disabling it, Persona still doesn't work.
Another freaky Friday freedom project for me I guess :)
(That upcoming testing tool will come in handy for things like this.)
