Merge upstream Gecko from gecko-dev/master, and merge upstream SpiderNode from positron-spidernode/master.
Note that SpiderNode isn't currently synced to the same SpiderMonkey as current Gecko. Its SpiderMonkey is about a week old. But it's compatible with both versions of SpiderMonkey, so that isn't a blocker for this merge. https://github.com/mozilla/spidernode/pull/350 syncs SpiderNode to the same SpiderMonkey as this branch.
