Glean dictionary: metric type doc links point to Telemetry docs, not Glean docs #105

https://glean-probes.netlify.app/?probeId=addons_installed_addons has a doc link on "string_list" (which is excellent), which should point at https://mozilla.github.io/glean/book/user/metrics/string_list.html

(( I notice events are pointing at Telemetry's Events docs not the Glean ones )).

Also, the doc link should open in a new tab the way the "find this probe in" link does.

Whoops, Frank sniped in on #104 with the same bug. Dupe there.
