Update Probe scraper with latest changes in Glean Dictionary #716

Once https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1885857 is resolved, we should update Probe scraper for Glean Dictionary application. Specifically metrics_files and ping_files entries will become empty.

As per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1885857#c2, we decided to leave metrics.yaml and pings.yaml file here. Hence, closing this one.
